My wife and I met Ken Tuck after requesting to view a property listed by Century 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty. Ken was very personable and responsive to our property search preference requests. He was the only one to answer the phone, So important to answer that phone!! Called 2 other agents and got voicemails. Ken was quick to respond at every juncture. We listed, got an offer from the first person to view, and closed within 2 weeks. Since we live in WA state we needed someone to handle details expeditiously and competently which Ken did. On the inspection report the inspector found that the a/c unit was operating inadequately. The property had been rented to a wonderful tenant with high standards and we would have been told if there was a problem. Ken decided to check it out himself. He found that the filter needed changing (something the inspector should have checked, don't you think?). He found one on the premises and replaced the filter. After running the a/c for a few hours he found the condo nice and cool. We very much appreciated the extra effort which saved us a repair or replacement of the unit. You've got to watch out for those inspectors as they need to find things wrong to justify thei existence. Great job!, Thanks, Ken

I have known Mr. Tuck for a few years, but this is the first time I have used him in a business situation. I was very pleased with how he handled the house purchasing deal. He was always very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. He always answered my questions in a very timely manner and never left me wondering what was happening during each step of the purchasing process. I'm a young guy and a first time home-buyer so I was understandably a bit nervous about taking such a big step in my life, but Ken made everything so easy to understand and found me such a great home that I ended up with no anxiety whatsoever.
