Hi, I'm Kent Dunkley, I've lived in Cache Valley all of my life, and I love it! Following my graduation from Utah State University in finance, I made the decision to remain in the Real Estate industry and joined Century 21 at that time. I have enjoyed working with clients and customers in residential, commercial, multifamily, and land needs. We love meeting new clients and customers and find their lives and circumstances fascinating I love all sporting activities including cycling, and love spending time with my family and friends and our yellow lab Luke making memories that last a lifetime! I'm very fortunate to work with my spouse Teri, and licensed assistant Amy Nyman at Century 21 N & N Realtors, together we have many years of experience in title, property management, and Real Estate. Kent could be nominated as "Person of the Year". He worked with us for over three years showing us multiple properties and finally helped us close on the property that best suited our needs. He went above and beyond in every aspect of our interaction, including guiding us through the closing process. He never missed a meeting with us and went out of his way to meet our timeline even when it was a personal inconvenience. This is the third property Kent has helped us purchase and his high standard of excellence hasn't diminished over time. A heartfelt thank you to Kent. Kent met with the seller to negotiate the details of the sale and demonstrated excellent patience and persistence. He was very diplomatic while representing our interests. Kent is a consummate professional and is always warm and friendly. He demonstrated the principles of emotional intelligence throughout the entire process. I give Kent my highest recommendation to anyone who needs the assistance of a realtor. It is hard to "sore with the eagles", but Kent has succeeded.

Kent Dunkley is amazing. My wife and I were very picky about the house that we wanted to buy. Kent was patient. He walked and talked us through many properties before we found the house of our dreams. Kent was willing to help us day and night, he was never too busy for us. He was knowledgeable and did not have any hidden agenda. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our house. I would recommend him to anyone I came in contact with who needed a real estate agent.

Kent is a very Honest and Professional person fun to work with. He makes sure all I's are dotted and all T's are crossed we always knew he had our best interest. We would not go with any other realtor. I felt this was a difficult sale with a lot of obstacle but with the knowledge Kent has in real estates it ended well.

I have used Kent before on another property and have felt that he cared about my concern and also I was treated fairly. He is very knowledgeable as a realtor. With Kent suggestions I felt we priced the house for the right amount in our area. The house was sold in one day Very professional Teri was very helpful. His staff is very friendly. I never worried when working with Kent I always felt that we were in good hands that he had our best interests

Kent was always honest with me and I had a good working relationship with him. He managed my Logan rental property for 30 years with no problems. I'm sure Kent and his staff are the best property management team in Cache Valley.
