I knew Kent Dunkley would be trustworthy, hard-working, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs and concerns. This was a difficult property to sell, and I appreciated Kent's patience with the process and his flexibility and creativity with respect to marketing the property to ultimately get results. I know he would have preferred that the property would have sold more quickly, but that being said, I also know that he did everything he could to make it happen and he stuck with it to get us the best price possible for the home and property. He was very thorough and explained things well throughout the entire process. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis to update me about potential buyers and let me know when he felt it would be in our best interest to make marketing changes. He went above and beyond by arranging and meeting with a surveyor, helping to arrange for repairs that needed to be done, meeting with neighboring property owners to settle boundary issues, contacting city officials to obtain accurate information regarding zoning requirements to make sure we could market the property in a certain way that ultimately got results. The closing process went smoothly and Kent was present for the signing to make sure all my questions were answered. I am very satisfied and would recommend Kent to anyone looking for a realtor to help them with their real estate needs.

Kent is a go getter, no matter how tough things got he kept after the sale. He was always quick to respond, worked hard when it looked like we were never going to sell the place. He was persistent, yet patient and worked very hard to make the deal happen.

Kent and Teri Dunkley were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped us look at several homes and were always generous with their time and patient with us. They were always quick to find answers for us and made numerous trips to show us houses. Kent's understanding of zoning codes and familiarity with city councils saved us a great deal of research and helped us get into a house that works for us. Kent reviewed the deed before we finalized closing and caught some very important discrepancies that otherwise would have likely caused us a future hassle. We could not have felt more looked out for! I am excited to recommend Kent and Teri to my friends and family!
