Kia had been great to work with. We have been in touch for almost two years now. She helped one of my best friend purchase a house a few years back. She is really helpful, understands the needs of the buyer, provides honest suggestions. She has never once pushed or tried to convinced us to go ahead and buy the house when she didnt think it wasnt right. She has been more like a family member to us. INTERESTING - Kia staged a viewing of the rental property that my wife and I were leasing. (was being sold) Her demeanor/professionalism along w/ vibe between wifey was the key. We reached out and asked would she represent us in our search for a home (thankfully) she said yes. After several painstaking mos we landing OUR NEW HOME. This was through her patience and understanding and resolve that we had lost - she literally brought us home. THANKS KIA !!!!! PLESE NOTE - We had someone in place and literally did a pivot to deal w/ Kia and the team she had in place. Everything was seamless after our offer was submitted, from inspection/appraisal to final walk-thru....

Kia was very patient with me and she was always available whenever I called. Also she went above and beyond getting me my first and forever home. She always stayed on top of things throughout the entire process. I would most definitely recommend her to family and friends. Buying my first home was very scary but with the help of Kia the process went very smooth she always found a solution to the bumps in the road of the process.
