From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip from Florida, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly she became the shark throughout final walkthrough and closing process. She also contacted my mortgage broker to speed up my closing process which was awesome within itself. She's a true pro. If you are moving to the Cleveland metro area--there is only one realtor to use which is Kia Hale. I'll never use another realtor. Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want. She a beautiful person inside and out.
