She is very prompt and professional! She helped explain some things that needed clarification and she will cal it as she sees it and be honest. When we decided to have a builder construct a new home for us this year we immediately contacted Kiley to assist us with the purchase contract . Kiley went above and beyond to assure that our interests were protected during the building process. While out of state we received updates from her during all phases of construction. Kiley was mindful of our timeline for builder completion , funding , close of escrow etc and went above and beyond to assist us in keeping the builder accountable to complete our home on-time. We are grateful for her knowledge and experience and would recommend Kiley Batrack to anyone looking to buy, sell or build a home in the Pacific Northwest.

I recently sold our last home and Kiley went above and beyond in coordinating showings, the inspection, and the appraisal with tenants in the home. There were a few items requested to be fixed by the buyer and Kiley coordinated with the contractors to get the issues resolved. Kiley really made the process easy and painless.
