Buyer reviewKiley Baker was very committed to us! Admittedly, we weren't the easiest of clients considering our personal requirements and price point admits the crazy seller's market! It took a year to find the right home and Kiley stuck it out with us all the way with determination and genuine desire to find us the best home to meet our needs and desires. She really worked hard for us!! I was time consuming and emotional about the longevity of the process. Kiley remained true to us the entire time. She knows the area and her business. Her goal was to take care of us and she did just that! As you can imagine, we spent many hours investigating innumerable properties within a year of diligent house hunting, and I must say that I found that Kiley had a very good handle on estimating the likely sales price of homes, even when I didn't want her to be right! I say that because it was a grueling experience finding a home we wanted that met our requirements within our price point and when we found a good house everyone else wanted it too and we were very apprehensive about overpaying by getting caught up in bidding wars! My point is that Kiley knows this business! Her expertise is spot-on!Re

When we asked other professionals in related fields about how they liked Kiley, they always said that most agents are good, but she is top notch! Kiley always had an eye for detail and had our best interests at heart. (For example, she made sure at closing that they explained things well to us since we are first-time home buyers.) She was always highly communicative and accessible regarding our questions and about what was happening behind the scenes so we weren't left in the dark about where we were in the process of the sale.

She was very trustworthy from day one and I knew because of her friendly voice, bubbly personality and great attitude; I didn't have to worry about any negativity in buying our first house. She's very professional and even gave us knowledge on fun things to do in the area and best restaurants to enjoy.
