Buyer reviewKim made herself available to us throughout the entire process, even during the evenings. She was very helpful with vetting various issues that came up during the interim closing period including assisting us in getting various information about the house and the utilities associated with the house. This was extremely helpful given we are out-of-town buyers. Additionally, it is very apparent that Kim knows her sales area very well. She was able to point us in the right direction throughout the process wrt the club and HOA issues. Lastly, Kim was also critical in helping during the final stages of close as she provided coordination between the lender/broker and the titling/closing agent. For a brief while I thought we would have a delay in the closing day-time but Kim was instrumental in pulling things together.
