Having re-located several times in our lives, we have had dealings with many realtors, but Kim is the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful of any of those with whom we have worked. Since we were still living out of the state while negotiating and finalizing this deal, there were many times that we had to rely on Kim's advice and help in gathering certain data or handlig things that we weren't able to do, such as attending the building inspection, gathering estimates for minor repairs, etc. She consistently went "above and beyond" to help us out. Without hesitation, we would recommend her to anyone interested in buying, or selling, property in this area. She's an excellent agent and the best that we have ever dealt with.
