Buyer reviewKim Podsednik was always knowledgeable, paid very close attention to each detail and was very prompt to reach out to us when she had news and/or actions for us to complete. She educated us on every step of the process, with what to expect, which means we felt confident all the way to closing. She helped us sell our old house and find a new one. And, we only had 9 days to find a new one! She was patient with us, especially when asked the same questions over and over. Unbeknownst to us, one activity that Kim Podsednik performs is to take notes, on the listing printout, of our reactions when we enter a house for a viewing. She notated our facial expressions, keywords that we used, if one of us liked a listing and the other didn't, etc. This was invaluable to us in narrowing down our list and ultimately helping us make the best decision for us. Kim is awesome and ingenious!! Our realtor for life!
