We listed our home with another agent and felt neglected and like he wasn't putting is full effort into us or selling our home. Kim came prepared and ready to sell. Kim was very professional, but also showed that she cared about us throughout the sell process. I never felt like she didn't have our best interest in mind when she spoke with us.
