We have made several moves as a result of being a military family. This was our 3rd time purchasing a home in the last 20 years, and I was a mortgage and title professional for many years prior as well, so this was definitely not our first rodeo! We were relocating from another state and looking to plant roots here in Southern Maryland. She was extremely helpful and mindful of our specific needs. She went the extra mile for us MANY times, even without us asking, to make the home buying process smoother. She was prompt to answer and return phone calls, texts, or emails whenever we would reach out to her with questions or concerns, and she was very flexible with our schedules. We were partially looking for our home from a distance due to living in Arizona and Jessica was always willing to show us properties remotely via phone. Growing up in the area, her knowledge of the neighborhoods and homes are unmatched. As we were first time buyers, when it came time to submit an offer, Jessica guided us through the entire process and made us feel confident about what we'd be agreeing to. During negotiations, she provided suggestions and was always very supportive about what approach we would like to take. Jessica coordinated with the seller, stopped by the house almost daily to check up on things and provide us updates, and continued to ensure the seller concluded the repairs we'd negotiated in a timely manner. We could not have done it without her, and will not hesitate to work with her again. Highly recommend.
