Seller reviewJessica Shipman was great to work with and is a wonderful person. She was an excellent resource and steered us through the entire event with no surprises. Seller reviewThis is our second home sale together. I really admire her patience with the entire home selling/buying process. I worked with the same real estate agent for over 20 years. We bought 12 investment properties together. When she retired, I was still wanted to buy investment properties, and I needed a new agent. I was lucky on my first try to find Jessica. She helped me buy an investment property in 2020. After Covid and the eviction moratorium, I decided to stop renting properties and begin selling properties as they became vacant. So far, Jessica and I have been able to sell two properties. I am looking forward to selling more homes with Jessica.

Seller reviewI first met Jessica when she was my buyer's agent for the purchase of an investment property. When I decided to begin selling my investment properties, I approached Jessica about becoming my seller's agent. We worked well together on the purchase of the home, and selling a home together was just as successful. What I admire most about Jessica is that she always remains calm and level-headed, providing excellent advice when emotions might be running high. I look forward to working with Jessica again.

Buyer reviewJessica was nothing short of a consummate professional the entire time. She was recommended by friends and she was available for a last minute initial phone call on a friday afternoon to get to know what we were looking for. During the entire process she went and visit other properties and took videos as we were out of town. While visiting houses she provided her input (highly useful) of things that she knew we were looking for but might have missed. During our in-town visit she went above and beyond to ensure that had enough properties and her attention to detailed ensure that all the houses we visited had all the features we were looking for with our price range. Like I mentioned, Jessica should be the example for other agents to emulate because of her professionalism, dedication and devotion to her customers.
