Buyer reviewJessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She continuously accommodated our needs and created a very detailed schedule to maximize our time in the area. We were partially looking for our home from a distance due to living in Arizona and Jessica was always willing to show us properties remotely via phone. Growing up in the area, her knowledge of the neighborhoods and homes are unmatched. As we were first time buyers, when it came time to submit an offer, Jessica guided us through the entire process and made us feel confident about what we'd be agreeing to. During negotiations, she provided suggestions and was always very supportive about what approach we would like to take. Jessica coordinated with the seller, stopped by the house almost daily to check up on things and provide us updates, and continued to ensure the seller concluded the repairs we'd negotiated in a timely manner. We could not have done it without her, and will not hesitate to work with her again. Highly recommend.

Buyer reviewI was very nervous at first in regards to buying a house but Kimberly made the process so easy and fun. She never seemed irritated when we didn't like particular houses. We thought we were wasting her time when we looked at houses and then decided no they weren't for us. She assured us we weren't and this was her job. She just made us always feel at ease and never a burden. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future if the time comes. Kimberly Hayes is very knowledgeable in real estate. She is very personable. We are very pleased in our selection of her as a real estate agent at century 21. Kimberly Hayes was amazing.
