I googled top 10 realtors in Deltona area, Kimberly's reviews were extremely positive and gave me confidence that she would be a good choice to assist us in selling our home. There was a review that said she more reliable than the Post Office and easier to get a hold of than their own parents....I laughed when I read it but then I knew she absolutely was the one for us! They were right but she is levels above the Post Office and I totally agree with the parents thing, I never waited more than 2 minutes to hear from her IF she didn't answer my call immediately. Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, she answered any and all questions thoroughly, I never felt like she was rushed to get to other customers although I knew she was busy with other buyers and sellers. She was always quick to respond to text messages or phone calls. I can't say enough about her...she was an excellent choice to help us sell our home and we are so very thankful that we found her and will definitely refer anyone in the area that we know are wanting to sell or relocate to the Deltona area.
