We built a home in a development and were in contact with Julie from January until October of 2021. Her communication was key, keeping in touch every week, letting us know if she would be on vacation (but still would follow up with us if needed), and incredible knowledge of the area we chose to live. In all of the events leading up to the actual numbers themselves, Dawn is expert. Dawn then, for all intents and purposes, becomes clairvoyant when it comes to putting the number together for the offer. Her predictions from her comparative analysis work resulted in bullseye sell prices (when we were putting in but not accepted) and for our actual home, she was enormously assistive in ensuring that our offer was priced correctly. Very thankful to have her expertise there.
