Seller reviewKim and Kate were a huge help in selling my parents home. They are elderly and have never been through a home sale before. Kim and Kate were very patient and understanding and accommodating for sure. Plus they brought us a cash buyer with a full price offer BEFORE the house even went on the market. And that buyer was willing to let my parents stay in the home for 4 months which was one of the things we requested. Fantastic job! The whole process was smooth and happened very quickly much to our satisfaction!!

There are many logistics with coordinating a purchase and a sale to close on time and on the same day. Kimberly was able to make that process seamless for us. Extremely appreciated especially given covid. We are now settled into our new home and couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend!
