She was professional and respectful, and was always available to answer questions. She checked in on us during particularly stressful/emotional times during the sales process, which was really wonderful and shows she understands that this is more than just a transaction. Seller reviewKimberly O'Mara had offered me constructive advice over the past few years while I wondered whether I would be staying or selling and what changes I wanted or needed for both staying vs. selling on a 2-5 year plan. Kim is very good at reading her clients. I love that she really makes them feel comfortable. She provides realistic expectations and advice and helps her clients navigate decisions comfortably. In the four years from our first consult to the sale, I found her to be helpful, never pushy. This was a non-MLS (per my instructions) private viewing only sale. Kim adhered to my wishes and instructions and still sold the property in less than 24 hours for over asking price. Her advice on timing the market and quick sale were on point.
