Buyer reviewKirk was very knowledgeable about the home buying process. He was on top of things and I trusted the advice he gave along the way. This was my first investment property and Kirk made sure I felt comfortable and made the right decision. Kirk said this unit was desirable and it a good area, we got to a comfortable number and sent it an offer. Once we closed on a Friday, the unit was listed on Monday for rent, and I had a tenant in place on Tuesday. Great overall experience I will continue to do business with Kirk and Century 21 The Harrelson Group. 5 stars for Kirk he sealed the deal.

Buyer reviewKirk did a great job for me. This was a sale of farmland and forest. The land was adjacent to my home. It was estate land sale by heirs. Property was in demand in our country setting. I wanted it because it was adjacent to my little farm. I called Century 21 the same day sign went up. Kirk helped me get contract done by me and offer of asking price to seller the next day. We had a signed contract 2 days after for sale sign went up on the land. In 30 days, we were closed. I now have deed to the 30 acres beside my house. I am happy. Thank you Kirk. He had superior knowledge of the area which helped me to negotiate the terms with the seller. He swiftly handled the inspection for me as time was critical in my closing.
