Since I lived on Long Island and work there I couldn't go back and forth. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable of the area, had a good understanding of the market, communicated quickly and well, and one of the most important things to me - he was not over bearing. Kirk took care of a lot of the behind the scenes work, so the process was very seamless for me. He set me up with a great home inspector, lender, and Title service.
