Buyer reviewWe saw a property on Zillow and inquired and Kitty responded to our inquiry and followed up. Talked with another broker who put us on list to get emails for Laguna Woods properties but she was not responsive. Any time we had a question, Amir always got back with us quickly. We spent most of our time in Laguna Woods with Amir viewing properties, talking about properties and you can not go wrong with this team in my opinion. Laguna Woods is a unique place to buy property and this team has a special expertise and knowledge (they live there) to help buyers navigate thru all the processes that do not exist outside of Laguna Woods which is really important.

Buyer reviewShe is knowledgeable of the area and is living in the area for quite years, she is relaxed and helpful and gave me all information I needed. She was not pushy and I could decide and compare to chose the property I like. Her husband also helped because he and me have the same native language. He is a licensed realtor too. I highly recommend both of them when you want to deal with real estate especially buying a property.

Kitty Platt and Amir Kharrazi listened carefully to our comments/reactions as we looked at various areas and individual units that were available in Laguna Woods and identified just what we were looking for in a new home. Once we were under contract the referrals to the other professionals in the area that they gave us were invaluable. Overall a great buying experience.

Buyer reviewI worked with Kitty and Amir on buying a condo in Laguna Woods. They are a GREAT team. They are very knowledgable of the area and were able to answer all of my questions. They were SO accommodating (and patient). Any time I wanted to visit the property, they were there and willing take time out of their day to give me access. Honestly, I highly recommend them. I cannot say that the realtor I dealt with in LA for the sale of my home was nearly as nice, knowledgable and accommodating! I highly recommend them.
