After a false start of listing the property and then taking it off the market for about 8-9 months to accommodate my personal desires, Kristi Provencio was patient and helpful when I was ready to once again list the home. She earned high professional marks and was an excellent representative on my behalf. Kristi accommodated my desire to find a choice buyer without heavy external or visible on-site marketing like signs, information sheets, etc. I wanted to be discreet about my property sale -- and to find the right buyer, not just the highest price.
