Kristin Jacobs was an invaluable resource for us. Always accommodated us for any viewings, even last minute. Has a wealth of knowledge and guided us through every step of the home buying process. We trusted her opinion and advice whole heartedly. As first time home buyers we needed all the help we could get and Kristin was always there to guide us. We were fortunate to have been matched to Kristin. Kristin is always available via text, phone, email. Even after the purchase of our home, Kristin insists on contacting her for anything we may need. Kristin handled the sale of my home like it was her own, but in a very professional manner. She had extensive knowledge in houses with septic systems, which turned out to be very important as my house had a failed septic system. I would highly recommend Kristin and her firm. I can not thank her enough.

When I first met Kristin, I told her the area I wanted to purchase a home in. Having lived in the area herself she was very knowledgeable about where I could find the most for my money. I was using the VA Loan so I had certain guidelines to follow while purchasing a home and Kristin went out of her way to send me listings of nothing but VA approved homes to make my decision making easier. Once we went under contract things were getting confusing and stressful for me dealing with all different parties and it was a relief that I always had Kristin in my corner to help me as best as she could and even going above and beyond for me in solving some of the issues we had. I can't say enough good things about Kristin and would recommend her to everyone I know buying and selling a home.
