Kristin held my hand and directed me through the entire process. She was always accessible and well-informed and had a lot of great contacts for any solutions needed. Kristen was great to work with! As a first time homeowner, the whole process was new to us. Kristen really took the time to explain the process and next steps and answered any question we had no matter how silly/small. With how fast houses were going, she was really accessable for last minute showings if we wanted to see a house we knew would go quick. Kristen even had great recommendations for an attorney (Denise) and inspector (Brick House), since we had no idea where to even begin. I would highly recommend Kristen to my family and friends.

Overall, I am so thankful to have Kristin as my realtor- it was like having a good friend guide you through one of the most stressful times in your life! I really appreciate everything she did to ease my concerns throughout the home purchasing and selling processes (especially in this market). She was absolutely amazing! It was so overwhelming to sell and buy simultaneously in this market, but she handled it with ease and helped me secure my beautiful new home! Unfortunately, Kristin had to deal with many "firsts" with me, despite her 20 years of experience- she handled them with care and helped me navigate the unknowns!
