I'm a Traverse City native and the youngest of 6. I was taught early how to "negotiate" in my best interest because of my 3 older brothers. I use that experience now to "negotiate" the best outcome for my clients. After 20 years of traveling and living in different parts of the country, I settled back in Traverse City with my husband and 2 kids in 2005. What a great place to call home! I have been in sales of one kind or another all of my working life, earning my Real Estate license in 2010. I've learned over the years that relationships are what build sales. Each and every experience is unique and comes with its own set of rewards and challenges. My goal is to make this part of the process as smooth as possible. I'm dedicated to my family, clients, and career, working diligently to earn trust and loyalty. Buyer reviewKristine has been an amazing partner in a very difficult market. She was able to get us into properties that we wanted to see and always making herself available. She went above and beyond. At times she would go see the houses when we were unable to get there on the first day, doing a virtual walk-through, allowing us to get into the game quickly. She was also amazing in terms of responding to communication. And finally, I can't say enough how grateful I am that she helped us to make sure unwanted items in the home were removed so we could have a nice experience in our new home. I felt she was a very safe pair of hands every step of the way!

Buyer reviewkristine was our buyer's agent. she spent a lot of time previewing properties for us over the course of 4 years ! and she did a lot of behind the scenes work to give us all the information we needed and follow up on all our questions and requests. this was particularly helpful as we were very far away and had to rely on her to research the properties of interest and do a lot of "leg work". our time course in searching for the right property was very long, but she stuck with us. she knows the area very well and gave great advice on locations. we would highly recommend her to any buyer !
