I was born and raised in Merrill, Iowa on our family farm of 7 generations. I completed the real estate pre-license course in Sioux City and earned my B.S. from the University of South Dakota. My husband and I settled back in Merrill on the family farm where we wish to raise our family. This included communications with my two siblings meaning she kept us all informed and at times had to respond to questions from all three of us. Kylie was very professional and patient and did a fantastic job in selling my mother's house and giving us all the information needed to make informed decisions. The process was relatively effortless for us as Kylie would always inform us of progress throughout the sale of the home. I REALLY appreciate all of Kylie's work in the sale of a "dated" house!
