Larry helped me sell a co-op, a type of housing which can be rather complicated to sell. I have been told some realtors outright refuse to handle them. Nevertheless, he was patient and took the time to understand the process so I didn't have to. When the time came for me to buy a new home, he managed to get me inside of a desired home for 10 plus houses roughly within 24 hours of my texted interest. I'm not sure if I could have seen the homes faster even if I was the realtor. One of his secret assets is his inspector, which averages 3 hours per inspection. After attending 4 of his inspections, I felt like I could start my own inspection business! The 4th one was a charm, and I ended up making a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo my dream home. Never did I feel pressured to settle on any of the homes he showed me. New homes fixer uppers condos coops townhomes you name it. I truly ran the gamut and not even a sigh. He did however, provide some insight on challenges and highlights of each showing while remaining neutral. Truly dedicated to the field.

Larry got us $25,000 more than we imagined for our home, got a cash deal, got us 4 months to remain in our home, rent-free, while we search for another home with the new owner even paying for our water bill during that period, and got them to pay for deck repairs recommended in the home inspection. In addition, I believe we've found some new friends in the couple who purchased our home and they plan on wintering where are moving in Cape Coral, FL. Unbelievable!
