Once we found a home, he was very helpful guiding us through the purchase process and helping us understand our rights and obligations each step of the way. Larry's knowledge, experience, and contacts made our purchase process very smooth. He really went the extra mile for us helping sort out a septic issue and offering contacts for radon and water treatment, both of which were needed for our purchase. Larry's knowledge in these extra areas brings a value added component to his service as a realtor and we are so happy to have been matched up with him. He saved the purchase of the perfect home for us when a poor septic inspection could have derailed the deal. We would absolutely use Larry again and refer him to my friends and family. Seller reviewLarry lives in the area so I knew he would know the value of homes nearby. Also he was very prompt in responding initially which didn't happen with the other agent that was contacted. Plus! Plus! This sale went better than we could have hoped for. We got the asking price, the closing went well and Larry went out of his was the answer all of our questions and take care of all the loose ends.
