What I liked most was that Len was very easy to get in contact with and she always answered our call, texts, and emails very quickly. She was happy to help us with anything we needed. i have met Ms Len Mcfadden 3 years ago at Century 21 Classics office when I needed my documents to be notarized. She came to me with enthusiastic character to help me. I did not know that she is an real estate agent until she ask me would like to buy a house? I was not prepared to buy at that time because i am a single mother with 2 kids. But she is really sincere when she said "Jenny, I will Help you, you can do it". she told me about the story of a person whom she helped 30 years ago to buy their first home and she is a grocery cashier employee. So felt that empowerment that I can do it too. It so happened that last year 2019 of October I was scouting to buy a property, but still skeptical if I can do it. As soon as her Yard sign popped into the neighborhood that im interested in I called her immediately and the first thing Ive told her is that "you are the one who notarized my documents 3 yrs ago", and she said I cant remember you. The I told her " Ms Len I am the single mom that you talked to and encouraged to buy a house". Then she said I think I remember you now. This is way 3 yrs ago, but it just shows that she is sincere when she said that " I will help you". But then the house was already in Escrow and she said I will call you if something happened. I just felt it wont happen because the property was really a hot porperty with its location and price.And I was thinking there will be better bidders/buyers than me. But after 3 weeks she called me and she said are you still interested cause I will give you the priority to see the property. And that end to me having the property. There are some problems along the way that we encountered but Ms. Len Mcfadden and her team handled it professionally and in a timely manner. They tried their best to help me not to be stress out but they did their part working hard to get the property on time of the closing. Grateful to have her Ms LEN MCFADDED and her team, I am bless beyond , exceeding my expectations. You made it like I am just buying a car, but I know behind that, you had all the stress to make it happen.
