Buyer reviewLen Mcfadden is cool and easy to deal. She is always available whenever I have questions. The good thing about Len is being true, honest and professional. She will do her best to get the offer that we deserve. Even after closing the escrow, she still communicate with me to check if everything is ok and if I have anymore questions or concern. If not with Len probably we did not get the house after we first turn down by the seller. If Len did not mention to the seller's agent to put as in a back-up if in case something happen probably we don't have the house right now.In short Len really did what I can say her magic experience for us to be consider by the seller, knowing that our competitor has more money. I will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

That's where Len stepped in. With her in-depth knowledge and experience, she guided us in placing a competitive offer with the right contingencies that made sense for both the buyers and sellers. The property was only listed for 4 days until our offer got accepted. That's how quickly a great property can get sold on today's seller's market. Choosing a new home is a big decision and comes with great planning and proper timing. Most importantly, you need an agent that works for you and understands your top priorities as It's a long term commitment. Len poses all those qualities and more. It took us 15 years before deciding to move to a new house. Instead, we moved into our perfect dream home and thanks to Len McFadden for making it happen.
