She understood our requirements perfectly and would review each listing and filter through before sending over appropriate options for our review. Being a first-time home buyer, this was immensely helpful. I have had experience with other realtors who would just forward the entire automated list or set us up on email lists. This creates more problems, and we would end up spending a lot more time reviewing emails. Ligia was very diligent and would personally review each listing before sending over. She was always on time for all appointments and provided valuable inputs and pointers along the way. She was very patient and answered all our questions. She went over and beyond multiple times to help us win the contract which is evident from that fact we were able to win the house among 19 other offers.
