From start to finish, Ligia's warm welcome to home and professionalism let us know immediately that we were in good hands. She helped be a liaison with the buyer and was always so prompt and diligent with all aspects of the closing - from negotiating with the seller, to knowing all the ins and outs of closing on the home, she truly made buying a home simple and much less daunting of an endeavor! Ligia also is from the neighborhood, and so we knew we could trust her and had our best interests at heart. We closed on our home on 7/22/22. We used Ligia Theodorou as our real state agent and we will definitely use her again. Ligia was there from the beginning to the end. She was patient, persistent, professional, charismatic, resourceful and very knowledgeable. Ligia kept us informed every step of the way, always answered her phone no matter what time it was. She advised us what was best when making an offer and when an offer did not go through, she kept looking for our home without getting discouraged. The process felt easy with her. Ligia was patient when we doubted ourselves. We consider her a valuable agent. On our closing day, Ligia went above and beyond and made it a very special ial day for us. Thank you!
