This is my first home purchase. Without a doubt Linda was the lifeline in this purchase; yet, she constantly made me feel as I was. We have known Linda Hart for many years through our church, so we knew that when we started our quest to sell our previous rental home, in 2017, we wanted to seek her advice and ultimately chose her to assist us. She did a phenomenal job on helping us quickly sell our 1st house, at the listed price, so there wasn't a question on who we would ask to help us find a new house that year that would fit our family's needs. She, and her Century 21 associate Karen Titus, helped us find that perfect upsized home in just a few weeks of viewings. They helped us find a home that we had not even been aware of and helped us quickly buy that home. So there wasn't a question about who we would contact/call when we were ready to sell our 2nd home. Linda understood our needs and our timeline and was supportive the whole way through renovations. Once we were ready to put the house up for sale she did an excellent job informing us about what our house was worth. She was very responsive to our needs, going above and beyond by helping us even clean & fill our pool on days we could not do it ourselves. She was great at troubleshooting and made sure the house looked as perfect as possible. During the early days, when we were getting the house ready for sale, she gave us that extra special motivation & cheers we needed to help us move forward. Within 10 weeks of our posting she had found the perfect couple to buy our home! Linda is exceptional! She is a blessing to have on your side! We highly recommend her!

The other broker I considered said that there was nothing to really compare my property to and did not even do an actual market analysis. He did not want to visit the property and take any photos. And sent me a 1/2 page unprofessional report. The only reason I looked at 2 brokers was because as estate rep I wanted to show estate beneficiaries a broker comp. Linda was very eager to help in any way, she visited the property had amazing photos, comps and a professional 14 page report. Her report was extensive and better than expected!!!!! Keep up the amazing work. The sale of this property was very complex and fluid due to the nature of unusual estate issues. I would not have wanted anyone by my side fighting for the sale of this property except for Linda Hart. She handled each curveball thrown at her professionally quickly and with grace. She always kept a level head and encouraged me to keep moving forward that the sale would take place and that all would go smoothly. She is the biggest asset to your company and should be commended for her knowledge professionalism and grace under fire.
