Linda Rademacher is an agent that I would highly recommend to friends and family. Most importantly, she knows every aspect of her business very well, both with buying and selling. I felt confident during both of our experiences with Linda that things would be done correctly, efficiently and professionally. Secondly, it is important for an agent to understand the needs of the client. Linda was not only personable, patient, and respectful she was also fun. I felt confident that Linda understood our wishes and our needs. She gave logical, helpful advice that minimized frustration and kept the process running as smoothly as possible. In the end of both transactions I left the table satisfied that both the other party and our own interests were fairly treated and honest deals were made as a result of Linda's skills and knowledge as an agent. Buying and selling homes are the biggest investments and risks that most people make. Agents can make or break deals and can be the difference between great or horrible decisions. Linda is a knowledgeable, honest agent who cares about her clients which is why she earned my respect and trust.

I appreciate that Linda was committed to us and our needs. She was always positive even when things did not turn out in my favor. It took a while but she got the job done and that's all I could ask for. I will recommend her to people in the upstate. I know it is somewhat of a cliche but, we started out with a realtor and ended up with a friend.

She has become a great friend and we consider her to be a part of our family.

Wonderful! It was the follow-up call from Linda Rademacher that got her the listing. When Linda arrived, we told her we were interviewing other agents. My husband and I had previously decided we would not make a decision about listing that night. We were very impressed with Linda and her marketing plan for selling our home. She brought facts, comparisons, and lots of information. I like facts and graphs, etc. Linda Rademacher HAD LOTS OF THOSE! Linda was very well versed, knowledgeable, dynamic and enthusiastic! After going through the house, talking, etc., Linda asked us to sign with her! We looked at each other and hesitated. She then asked us why we would not sign today? Linda explained that we needed to be proactive and get the house on the market. We were READY and signed the contract that night.
