Buyer reviewLinda Rademacher is a highly knowledgeable, hard working and experienced real estate professional. She always found something positive to say and was exceptionally patient, calm and encouraging through many disappointing showings of houses that did not live up to the advertising and our expectations. Even when I expected her to lose patience, she never did. We were moving from a different state which added some complications to the process, but she made everything work. All the business aspects of the process were handled expertly and on time relieving us a significant amount of potential stress. Seller reviewMy house was surely not the biggest prize to sale, but that didn't keep Ms. Rademacher from treating me and the house, or at least making me feel like it was the most important sale she had ever worked. There were several challenges to this house. I had bought it incredibly over-priced at the height of the bubble, so it remained on the market for some time. Ms. Rademacher was infinitely patient with me, and I on many times had to serve as both realtor and counselor as the house remained on the market and the worry was a bit much (for me)
