He kept in touch during the years, would answer questions anytime I had any, and was always very kind. When it was time to sell, he was very helpful with explaining the process, prompt with answering questions and sharing information, willing to help with explaining what needed to be done and finding the best people to do so. When the time comes to look for a home again that area if we make it back, he will be our first call.

Puts your needs first and not the commission, which is rare with realtors. Not pushy about anything, making the experience much better. Didn't work with anyone else. Again, Linwood made it an amazing experience for my wife and I.
