After just a short period of time our home had several offers in, we priced our home competitvely to not only meet our needs for a deadline but our needs as a seller. Lisa came back with a higher number than we originally antiaipated, which was awesome! Never once did I or my husband feel pressured into any decisions, Lisa provided me with her knowledge while still letting me call the shots. I was able to make every decision while being educated on ever matter and all topics. I cannot reccomend Lisa, Steve, and her team enough!! Thank you so much for another job well done! (This is the second time we have used them for buying/selling)
