Seller reviewSteve came prepared to do business. He's very friendly . Steve came prepared with comps .He is knowledgeable about the Palm Bay market. He was the only realtor who was willing to list the home as is. I needed someone who was eager to list the house and get down to business. He answered all my concerns regarding the sale of the house Steve made selling the house easy. He is truly a gem in the real estate business. Steve will not disappoint you. I definitely recommend using Steve when your looking to sell your property. If I ever decide to come down and live in Florida I will absolutely use Steve to find a property.
