Lisa was highly recommended by our granddaughter, not only in helping us find a home in Kentucky but also in finding a realtor where we were living in North Carolina. Lisa's help and guidance in purchasing the home we are now living in, but also in selecting a great realtor in NC. We feel she went above and beyond in helping us with decisions but also as questions arose on our home in Harrodsburg. We are so very grateful and appreciative of ALL she did for us. Building a home is a very stressful time. Lisa was always available to talk and help us over the rough times. She was always upbeat and so understanding. Her help in choosing counter-tops for kitchen and bathrooms was very much appreciated, and when my wife thought that the kitchen island would not fit in, Lisa reassured us that we would regret not having it. We are thankful that we opted to keep that island, what a great addition that is to our kitchen for space and storage!

As always, Lisa is exceptional to work with. She lays everything out so you can understand all of the contract jargon. She is extremely flexible scheduling showings and working around my needs. This is my second purchase with Lisa and will not be the last!

Lisa was very knowledgeable and quickly became someone who we could trust and had out best interest in mind. She gave us some very helpful suggestions on how to get our house ready to show. Lisa was also helpful in recommending contractors to fix certain areas in our house to get ready for showing.

Stated most of our thoughts on the previous page of the survey, but also want to mention that she was always on top of the situation and kept us informed promptly when any communication was needed. I am a firm believer of a pat on the back for a job well done, and she went above and beyond for us. A 5 star performer in her field.
