Buyer reviewI met Lisa Prather at an open house, not having any prior knowledge on how to buy a home. In less than 6 weeks, she went above and beyond to make sure me, as a first time homebuyer, knew all the ins and outs of the process. She showed us multiple properties, and even if they weren't her listings, she knew lots about the properties and had reports printed and present on them. Super fast response times, and clear guidance made Lisa fantastic to work with. This is a strenuous process, and she made me feel as though I had confidence even when things got rocky. I ended up in the perfect situation, and home because of her due diligence to us as customers. She was truly devoted to seeing us end up happy, and her efforts and communication reflected that.

Buyer reviewLisa Prather handled this transaction smoothly and professionally. This purchase was not "by the book". I went into it thinking I wanted a $250k house and I ended up with a $90k condo. She managed to keep up with my different directions like a pro. She was always knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and the interior finishes. She handled an extended closing process and some additional communications required between myself and the selling agent with grace. I will absolutely be using Lisa for all my future real estate needs.
