I had dealt with Lonnette before on another property. I like how she goes about her business. I especially like how well she communicates and keeps the seller informed. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. Century 21 is lucky to have her as an agent! Lonnette is deserving of all these "Excellent" ratings. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller. We probably had the property priced a little too high as to why it took a while to sell it. Lonnette exhibited great energy in bringing in potential buyers and showing the property. She made good suggestions when appropriate, but was never pushy. Lonnette is actually representing me as a seller on another property. I think that pretty much says how satisfied I was with her as an agent!

Lonnette Layne is in a class all her own. She clearly enjoys her work and has the perfect skillset for it. Her knowledge, connections, personality, and motivation are a rare combination. Lonnette helped us buy the perfect home for our budget and then she helped us sell that home years later all with top notch personal service. We have since moved out of state and discovered how uncommon she really is. If you are buying or selling in central Virginia, she should be your first choice.

We had a very unique and complicated situation. We were selling property in Virginia yet we live in NY, the property had been in my deceased father's name and we had a living widow ( not our mother) who had no intention of staking a claim. Lonnette was very knowledgeable of the local laws and regulations. She sold the property quickly during uncertain times. The closing went smoothly despite the fact that we were all in another state. I enjoyed speaking to Lonnette and we trusted her without hesitation. Her genuine approach and her amicable persona quickly put any doubts about using her to sell our land to rest. It is highly unlikely that I will need a real estate agent in Virginia any time soon, but if I did I would only consider using Lonnette. Thank You, and stay well. Ed Corona
