Once we found Lonnette, she had a sincere interest in listening to our needs for purchasing multiple houses and went above and beyond to help ensure our real estate criteria were met. Lonnette also helped us through our VA logistics to ease the burden of our cross-country move. We had a difficult selling realtor, but a very nice selling couple, and Lonnette did an excellent job of dealing with the difficult selling realtor to allow a smooth and pleasant transaction for the sellers and us as the buyers. We have additional real estate purchases planned in VA and will continue to use Lonnette for all of our real estate needs.

As I mentioned earlier she is friendly, accessible (answers the phone quickly or returns a call very promptly), knows her business, and keeps the client informed.
