I highly recommend Lori Lahart as a realtor. She sourced the property and negotiated a great deal for me. I couldn't be happier. I ended up buying a 70s fixer upper Mid-Century modern home with potential. She also helped me to see how I could develop the property to maximize its potential and negotiated a killer offer that secured the house beating off competing offers. I've been working on this property for the last three months and implementing most of the suggestions we discussed during the walk-arounds. During the inspection she also helped me to detail items that the previous owner could fix. Thank you Lori you're awesome!
