Knowledge of the market and the confidence in own ability to sell in that market was important. Lori Lahart and her team mate, Missy Hileman both were willing to challenge themselves to get a good price for me, their client. I think their being personable, open and straightforward were important attributes in my selection. Their responsiveness was superb. I had almost immediate return of calls or texts. I would hire this team again without any reservation if the opportunity arises. I think I covered in the previous section but just to reiterate, The Lori and Missy team was very confidence in the ABILITY TO PERFORM and take on the challenge. They were very RESPONSIVE, COMMUNICATIVE and had great FOLLOW THROUGH. I would not hesitate to rehire based on my experience. Lori was wonderful to work with. She was straight forward, honest and personable. She is a good communicator and pleasure to work with.

Lori really listened and understood my main concerns in buying our home. I left alot of the visual look over to her and asked her for her "feel" of the home, trusting her and my son's opinion. This was out first family Christmas in our home and it felt awesome. I thank God and Lori for making that happen. She's so sincere and it felt like I've know her for years, not to mention completely knowledgeable of all of the ins and outs of the transaction. Don't loose her, she rocks! Thank you
