Buyer reviewFrom our initial interaction with Lou we both felt comfortable with his approach and communication style. Lou consistently went above our expectations in asking questions to understand our needs/desires and allowed ample time for viewing properties. He was easily accessible and made himself available at the times we needed for viewing properties. He stayed actively involved throughout the process both in providing answers and asking questions. His responsiveness was excellent and we never felt like we were left hanging while waiting for a response. Defintitely one of the best agents we have worked with (several home sale/purchase transactions).

He made the daunting house buying process so much easier and alleviated a lot of the stress that is inevitable when buying a home. He made sure any questions we had were answered (at literally any time of day), and explained the whole process in a way that was digestible and we could understand. Even after we closed on our home, he has stayed in touch and helped us with any questions or concerns we have. I have already recommended Lou to friends thinking about buying a home, and I will continue to sing his praises to all of my family and friends that are on the hunt for a realtor. Lou answered all my many questions and helped me understand what I did not understand with ease, grace, and finesse. He is modern and not stogey. It meant so much to be with a realtor that was not judging in any way. You would have thought I bought a million dollar home. He is very sweet as well. Thank you for helping me get my home. I love it. The bundle cake is a beautiful touch.
