Luckily I kept his contact info and reached back out in 2023 which turned out to be the best decision made for selling & buying. He presented his plan for my sell/buy & done EVERYTHING he said he'd do to make it happen. He was readily available anytime I reached out and answered all questions I presented. I will definitely be referring anyone in the market to buy/sell to LOU-IN-DA-HOUSE because I have no doubt he will get the job done.
