Hi I'm Lydia Spink and I am a lifelong resident of North Georgia. My Real estate career was launched in 2005 after working in the school system while my children Ashley and Seth were in school and later in the insurance business. Those jobs helped me form many valued relationships. This has been the foundation of my success. Repeat clients and referrals keep my business strong even through the down times. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have placed their trust in me with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North Georgia since the beginning of my career. I am sincere, loyal, passionate and your satisfaction and best interests are my priority.

In my free time my husband Tim and I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Buyer reviewWe honestly cannot say enough good things about Lydia Spink. My husband and I were first time home buyers without any real idea of how the process worked. My husband had interacted with Lydia personally before and he really liked her so when we started to get serious about buying a home he believed she would have our best interests at heart. And wow was he right! She patiently guided us through every step of this process and always made us feel at ease. Lydia always gave us her honest opinions and made sure we considered aspects of buying a home that we never would have even thought of on our own. Buying a home can be a really stressful situation for many reasons but one thing my husband and I never worried about was whether Lydia was doing every single thing she possibly could to make sure we ended up with a home we loved. We always knew she was in our corner and it made this experience so special for us. We will ALWAYS recommend Lydia to our friends and family (or random strangers) and we will certainly be seeking her out in the future if we ever are in the market again!

Buyer reviewWorking with Lydia never felt like work! It was a nice change to meet someone who wasn't looking for a quick sale but, someone who genuinely cared about what would make us happy. She is patient and very kind and so easy to talk to! I will highly recommend Lydia to any and everyone that will listen!

Seller reviewWe couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Lydia Spinks of the CENTURY 21 Lindsey & Pauley Team. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house (15 hrs) to the purchase of our house now. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in aspects selling that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Lydia went BEYOND and was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think CENTURY 21 Lindsey & Pauley could have a better realtor out there representing them.
