Seller reviewMarcy Gaines is an incredible realtor for Century 21 with an exceptional support team and strong connections to local resources to inspect and repair houses to swiftly facilitate the otherwise cumbersome process. Marcy is dynamic and available nearly 24/7, highly responsive, and swiftly resolves any challenges or surprises that inevitably arise. She helped us purchase our dream home for a virtual steal in Howard County in 2009, then helped us rent our 'underwater' home in Anne Arundel County during the recession for 10 years while we monitored the market recovery, and THEN just helped us sell the rental for more than the asking price. Marcy got the house on the market 12 days after the renters moved out, got five excellent offers ONE quick week later, and got us to closing six short weeks later! What more could we possibly ask for? Marcy has become much more than a realtor to our family- she is a trusted friend that we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, or even rent a home, as we speak from experience in all thee categories! Seller reviewI called Marcy to for the sale of my house which my family and I lived in for over 17 years. I've previously used Marcy to sell my Mother's house a year ago. My Mom still speaks of Marcy and how she went above and beyond to make her more at ease during the sale process of her home. Based on our experience with the sale of my mom's house, I looked forward to working with Marcy again with the sale of my own home. Living in our house for so many years required Marcy to come in and give her professional advise as to what needed to be done to be competitive in the sale of our home. There were numerous houses for sale in the area and I was concerned it might not sell. Thanks to Marcy, I received the asking price for the home.
