Her knowledge of the market and the area was extensive. Her advice and council invaluable. She created a beautiful brochure of the home and marketed it well. We had a lot of foot traffic and she kept me well informed. Allways letting me know the time and date of all the showings. She also provided me with feedback from potential buyers. She made the whole process from the beginning to the end very pleasant. In the end I felt good about the price and the time it took to sell the home. I would highly recommend Marcy Gaines.
