Working with Marguertia is always a pleasure. We have been both sellers and buyers with her as our agent. She is extremely knowledgable in her business and had clear communication and advice throughout. We recently bought a home and moved back to our hometown. She was so knowledgeable, available, responsive, and collaborative, we truly appreciate everything about her. Marguerita was truly off the charts in every way.
